We're hiring installers.
Lead installers, mid-level installers, and helpers. Weekly pay, every Friday. Schedule shared by Thursday. Real work for real wages. No drama.
Apply NowWhat a Tuesday looks like.

You meet at the shop at 8am, load the truck with the day's units, and head to a jobsite where you'll install 6–10 windows in a residential remodel.
You set the openings, flash them per the manufacturer's spec, drop the units, plumb and shim, foam and seal, and trim. You're back to the shop by 4pm with a clean truck. You get paid Friday by direct deposit.
You work with a lead installer who's been at this five-plus years. The lead sets the pace, calls the shots on shimming and sealing, and handles the GC. On bigger jobsites, a third person makes it a full crew. You're either learning from the lead or you are the lead — depends on which seat you're in.
Shop hands you everything you need: truck, ladders, ramps, spray foam, levels, hand tools (impact, drill, tape, square, utility), fasteners, sealant, and the units. You bring boots and clothes you don't mind ruining. Paid 30-minute lunch.
The owner is on every active jobsite at least once a week. Not to look over your shoulder — so you have a direct line when something is off (material, safety, scheduling, pay).
On Friday you'll know whether you're working Saturday and where Monday's job is. That's the deal.

“Came over from another trade because the routes are steady. Friday checks land like clockwork and the gear actually works.”
