Why Hire Us

What makes us different.

Not slogans. Operational specifics.

01

Installation only

We don't sell materials. No incentive to upsell your client. No conflict with your supplier relationships.

02

Owner-led, GC-fluent

Direct line to the owner on every project. We speak in CSI divisions and ITB schedules — not marketing language.

03

Predictable schedule, predictable bid

Two-day turnaround on standard window retrofits up to 12 units. Bids honored for 30 days. Change orders priced before work begins.

04

Clean jobsites

Daily and final cleanup included in every bid. Crews wear logo gear. Site supers don't have to chase us for anything.

What “no callbacks” means

The quality standard, written down.

Specifics behind the slogan — so an estimator can audit the commitment, not just trust it.

01

Flashing to the printed detail

Not generalized waterproofing — we install to the manufacturer's published flashing sheet for the exact product line in your spec. Photos available on closeout if your QA package requires them.

02

Daily cleanup, not just final

Debris bagged and removed at end of day, not piled by the dumpster. Glass and trim scraps off the property. Floors vacuumed and protected in occupied buildings.

03

Walk every opening before demob

Lead installer walks the super opening-by-opening before we leave. Operation verified on every sash, lock, hinge, and weatherstrip. Punch items resolved on the spot, not deferred.

04

Callback response inside 5 business days

If an opening shows a defect — air infiltration, water intrusion, hardware failure — we're back on site within 5 business days at our cost. We fix it first and sort out responsibility after.

FAQ

Common questions from estimators.

If you need more detail, just call — the answer is faster on the phone.

What's your minimum and maximum job size?
We don't have a hard minimum — we'll bid a single entry door if it fits the route. Practical max for a single mobilization is around 60 units of windows or 30 doors; larger packages we phase across multiple weeks. Multi-family retrofits are routine for us.
How far will you travel for a job?
We cover Northeast Ohio — Cuyahoga, Summit, Stark, Lorain, Lake, Geauga, Medina, and Portage counties — including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Lorain, and Mentor. Beyond that, we'll consider case-by-case if the scope justifies the mobilization.
Do you self-perform or do you sub it out?
We self-perform 100% of the install scope. We carry a W-2 core crew and bring on vetted 1099 sub-installers when we need overflow capacity — every sub-installer is COI-verified, runs under our supervision, and is bound by our quality standard. We do not pass jobs to other companies.
What's your lead time from award to start?
Typically 1–3 weeks from award to first install day, depending on material availability and your project schedule. Rush starts available with notice — we've started next-day on punch-list scope multiple times.
Can you turn around a COI fast?
Within 24 hours of award. Our insurance agent has our endorsement template on file. Just send the certificate holder details and the project number.
How do you handle change orders?
In writing, priced before any work begins. We won't argue about scope mid-install — we'll either price it on the spot or pause that scope and confirm with you before continuing. We do not surprise GCs with line items at invoice time.
What manufacturers are you certified for?
Pella, Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, Therma-Tru, Jeld-Wen, and Milgard for windows and doors; specialty manufacturers per project spec. If you've already specced a brand we haven't installed before, we'll get up to speed on the manufacturer's flashing detail before the first day on site.
Are you prequalified on the major bid platforms?
Yes — complete profiles on Procore Construction Network and BuildingConnected. We'll fill out your internal prequal form within a business day. Our capability statement (request it above and we'll email it over) covers most of what these forms ask for.
What are your payment terms?
Net 30 standard. We can flex to Net 45 on larger projects but anything beyond that needs to be priced in. Progress billing on jobs longer than 2 weeks.
Can we get references for similar projects?
Yes — named references are available on request via the bid request form or by calling (216) 773-1924. We typically share two GC references plus the specific project details so your due diligence is complete.
